Specify the material grade and product standard. If traceability or a material test certificate is required, state it at the enquiry stage so the requirement can be confirmed.

Dimensional checks

Define the critical dimensions, tolerances and inspection criteria. For fittings and flanges, include the connection standard, drilling or facing details as applicable.

Documentation and acceptance

Share any project-specific inspection, marking, packing or acceptance requirements before ordering. Certificates, testing and inspection arrangements are confirmed for the particular enquiry.
